Elite Cannacy products are strictly intended for use by individuals aged 21 and over. Shipping Policy:
Orders placed during business days are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders made during weekends will be processed the following Monday. Once your order is shipped via USPS or FedEx, delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days. If any item is on backorder from the manufacturer, our team will inform you via email or phone to discuss whether you’d prefer a comparable replacement or to wait for the original product.
Retail orders over $50 and wholesale orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. Elite Cannacy reserves the right to withhold shipments to states or locations where certain products may be deemed illegal. If you attempt to ship products to prohibited areas, you assume all liability and release Elite Cannacy from any potential legal consequences.
Return and Refund Policy:
If you wish to return an order or receive a refund, contact our customer support team at 843-885-4578 or reach out to your Sales Representative. You’ll receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note the following guidelines:
- Orders returned after 30 days are not eligible for refunds and are considered final sales.
- Special-order products, including white-label items, bulk raw materials, and custom formulations, are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee may apply to returns.
Refund approvals typically take 10-15 business days, and credit confirmations will be sent via email. A 5% credit card processing fee applies to all relevant purchases after February 1, 2023. On the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, customers will receive a 5% discount when using coupon code “refill5.”
Damage Policy:
If your shipment arrives with damaged or missing products, notify Elite Cannacy within two business days of delivery. Damaged items require photographic evidence, which should be sent to support@elitecannacy.com for approval. Approved replacements will be processed and shipped within five business days.
All claims related to missing or damaged items must be reported within two business days of receipt. Charges on your financial statement will appear as “Elite Cannacy.”
